Why the Resource Training Center, Inc.
The Resource Training Center, Inc. is not a treatment program; our entire focus is in providing appropriate and qualitative education and training. We offer an Innovative and Progressive Curricula. A warm, caring and committed faculty made up of addiction professionals currently working in the chemical dependency field.
Post Graduate services including:
- Assisted completion of the CASAC-T and CASAC application.
- Provision of CASAC written and oral exam prep class.
- Assisted Internship placement/Employment referrals.
(All of the above will be provided at no extra cost to student’s attending the full 350 hours)
Our Internship Referral Service has been developed solely for our students who have successfully completed the training program.
90% of New York City NYS OASAS licensed treatment programs have our graduates either as interns or paid staff.
The exceptional approach to learning which is fostered by our school provides a didactic, "hands-on" learning experience which we have found to be most effective in the adult educational process. Our culturally diverse faculty of instructors represent many years in the field of substance abuse in the areas of treatment, prevention and education. All are actively working in the field and are experienced trainers.
