Donna Mae DePola, CASAC, CPP, President

Donna Mae has been working in the field of addiction for over 20 years. Donna founded the Resource Training Center, Inc. in 1994 as a response to her own experience in CAC/CSAC classes. She serves on Community Board in the Brooklyn area and continues to support the efforts of numerous Not-for Profit agencies. She is currently a member of the NYS OASAS CPP Board and still finds the time to teach CASAC classes.

Dona Rae Pagan, CASAC, Vice President

Dona has worked in the addiction field for 16 years, 12 of those years were spent as the Director of Education at Exponents Inc. Dona has trained for The Resource Training Center, Inc. for more than 6 years and is also a Resource Group Graduate. She develops all the additional trainings offered by TRTC as well as developing specialized trainings for outside agencies

Valerie Lyons, MSED, CRC, Director of Placement

Valerie has consulted as the Vocational Counselor with The Resource Training Center since 2005. She is the Assistant Project Director for the Hunter College /OASAS Work-Study Project and has worked in the Addiction field for 16 years. Valerie worked for Samaritan Village, Inc. for 10 years as Director of Vocational and Educational Services. She is involved with many addiction related organizations and sits on the Board for the Institute for Professional Development in the Addictions

Donna Nelson, CASAC-T, Marketing Director

Donna graduated from The Resource Training Center, Inc. in 2006. She formed our volunteer program and Alumni Association while she was a student at TRTC. Donna is also a volunteer at shelters through out New York City.
